Oil on panel - "Bee" (460mm x 630mm framed) is looking at the nobility of these beautiful creatures even in death. This is especially relevant when we consider the threat to their existence that the bees are currently facing from commercial farming practices. I also liked the ambiguity of the word "bee" as said it could be an insistent command to exist, or a quiet entreatment to rest.
