Oil on canvas - "Seal in the kelp" (510mm square on wrap around edge canvas) was one of those images that you see and just want to paint! It's nothing like the subjects I normally portray, but it was a joy to paint and thankfully Brian Skerry, the National Geographic photographer that took the shot, was happy to let me do so. Not one you could paint from life!
